Another recommendation........

Historical drama based on the book by Ken Follett and on demand on Sky. Enjoyed it the first time round and said I'd watch it again if it was available.

I have all the DVDs of Pillars of the Earth and World without End. I was reluctant to watch them for ages, because I didn't want it to ruin the books, but they were really well done.
They are on Prime as well.
Question Author
Loved Pillars of the Earth as well, Pixie.
Me too... I wouldn't probably have even picked it up off a shelf, but my stepsister recommended it and I've read it loads of times since. I have only read the newest "Columns of Fire" once, but probably need to give it a better chance.
Question Author
I need to read more of his books.
I liked the Third Twin as well.
I read the Millenium Trilogy. The second book is about the rise of Communism in Russia, and the rise of the Nazis in Germany. Both used the same tactics as the far left are trying to use now! Scary!
