Where I am we were 2nd highest in the country at one stage think we are 4th now - its been presented as more testing - I think its cause no one took a blind bit of notice anyway

And quite frankly he had no reason to do so, danny. As explained, the number compared to the population is miniscule. There is more "summer 'flu" going about at present and that is an equally serious disease for those at risk. This government is presiding over the systematic destruction of large parts of the UK's economy in a futile attempt to "control" a disease which cannot be controlled. It will take a generation and more to recover from this folly and such irresponsibility needs to be halted immediately.

If my town was ordered back into lockdown, I would ignore it ! I know many others who would as well. I live alone and have a dog to walk and shopping to do and I would just carry on doing it. Too much scaremongering going on all the time.

and what upper bound they used to initiate lock down?
two or three times ( 60-80 - I dont think anyone has been locked down on a 100% rise )
