Is it compulsory for them to notify buyers of any negative aspects - I have dogs and although they are not left out to bark for any length of time they will bark if they hear anyone outside they don't know and although the neighbour moving has never complained I dread getting new ones who might kick off as a previous one did who lived there.

Agreed and they can be the bane of a neighbourhood, Lankeela hasn't mentioned that her dogs bark constantly.
I wish our neighbours house was up for sale. They don’t have a dog but they’re obnoxious.
Our dog never barks. He can, but he just doesn’t, I think we’ve heard him half a dozen times in the four years we’ve had him.

Current neighbours have been there over six years, young man who now has a live in girlfriend, so presume they are maybe planning to increase their family. Don't have much to do with them, apart from the occasional taking in of a parcel for each other. The previous tenant (not owner) was an obnoxious dog hating moron who used to throw things at the fence if they barked in the garden. It almost came to blows when he also reported me to the R£PCA for abandoning them when I went to work one day. I can do without any grief so I think the idea of them being let out when anyone is viewing is perhaps a good one. Have to add the neighbours the other side separated by a narrow alleyway) also have no complaints, nor the house right behind.
How many dogs do you have?

my neighbour doesnt have any dogs but is still barking.
and I now dont take in parcels after she acted as tho I had opened one or got inside it in some way. ( I mean who wd want plastic scented edible knickers?)
Yeah she is the one who rang the police at midnight and said I was in her garding. Slip up there - she hadnt checked if I were in London.
It's a garden, not a garding, PP.
