Think I've got it, but just checking.....

17 Across - "Turn around" said a monster (4) ?G?E I have ogre. Is this correct, and how does it parse, apart from an ogre being a monster?
6 Down - Actor's second round (double vodka last drink) (5) C?C?A I have cocoa but, again, how does it parse, apart from cocoa being a drink?

I think it's ERGO backwards (but ergo isn't in there) or turn = go but why ER

Suggest the RE is from around. Clue says - Around said - which could mean A round or A bout (re).
