This is from a chess channel I often view, by agadmator:
it seems that a bot in interpreting the use of the words black and white on a chess channel and coming up with the determinations that "community guidelines" have been broken! The video is there if needed but basically it's because chess game descriptions include phrases when taken out of context could sound derogatory. The example he speculated on was something like this........"If black continues on this attack white will always be better" etc etc.....Must we now abandon completely the use of the words "black" and "white"? How neurotic are we getting when we have Bots summarily censoring? Unbelievable!
He doesn't know why his video was taken down (they never explain) and speculates on 3 possible reasons. He doesn't dismiss any of them nor confirm any of them. Apologise.
Agadmator [Antonio Radic] himself states that some people were speculating that the channel was taken down due to references to black and white, but that was nonsense because if that were the case then all of his 1800 videos would be taken down.
He thinks it's because the algorithms detected a mention of Covid restrictions when he said that chess was increasing in popularity due to lockdown.
Don't take my word for it. Here's the man himself:
// You are the one who is lying. Suggest you listen to the video again. (either version, lol)
Then apologise to me, the OP and all ABers you are lying to. //
I am not lying and am offended by your suggestion. The evidence is there for anyone to watch. Or do I need to quote the actual words for you?
TTT must have watched the video since he quoted from it.
I also watched it this morning and I can't be bothered to watch it again to confirm the quote is correct, word for word but that was the gist of what some folk thought was the reason for the deletion.
The bloke in the video did go on to say he thought that was not correct since he had hundreds of other videos mentioning black and white.
I have no idea how far back YouTube checks old videos but it might be the combination in which the words had been used caused the automatic deletion.
If that were the case, it might be that previous videos did not satisfy the criteria for deletion even though they also mentioned black and white.

The chess analyst might announce something like ‘after this move, white is always better’ – unless a bot has the sophistication to understand the context of the statement, a PC bot is likely to flag it as racist.
