I got technical help and now I can't sign into my tesco e mail account. It says it can't connect even though I am connected to BT wireless broadband.

I need to retrieve my e mails today for work................

Anyone please help?

I assume that you're trying to use webmail (where you log into your email account through your web browser) rather than a dedicated email app. If so, have you tried
(a) clearing the cache on your browser ; and/or
(b) using a different browser?
