This Covid Testing Nonsense.

Watched the news last night, scores of people queuing for test. Lots of moaning about having to wait weeks.

What is the point. Test on Monday shows a yes or no. Same day after.

I don't want a daft test. I might as well have a daily X ray to check for a broken leg/

The point is that until the person with symptoms has had a test and a negative result, the rest of the house has to self isolate.....but you knew that didn't you?

A lot of young adults with children in the queues. That is what I couldn't understand.

it's because they have gone back to school, shared the sniffles and now they whole family have to self isolate till they get a negative test

also many parents who have had to home educate their children for six months did not anticipate they'd have to keep them at home for another two weeks so quickly

I'm not so sure it's panicking, rather they have symptoms and school wont accept them back without a neg test

Will these tests continue to the end of time. This virus possibly will.

They aren't panicking. The kids can't get tested alone so they have to go with them...and yes its the new school year sniffles mostly but sometimes not and the school require a negative test before a child with symptoms can go back to school....and again sk KNOWS this

Just because you don't want or need a CV19 test doesn't mean that there aren't vast swathes of others out there who do.
