tax rebates

i am a student and think i pay way too much tax (look at my question below!)

the accounts manager at my place of work says i cant apply for student tax or a rebate because i work all year round, not just in the holidays. is this right??

If you think you have the wrong Tax Code or are Paying too much or too little Tax or NIC then get in touch with Revenue & Customs. They will be able to tell you what you need to know.

write to your local tax office and send your p60(which you get each year) and the tax officer will reassess your tax. my husband just got a 540.00 gbp refund. good luck
