Not long back from supermarket, had a quick glance at the different headlines in the daily papers as I was leaving, can't remember now what paper, but thought this was really funny. ( Unexpected moron in baggage area) it showed you a picture of almost an empty shelf of toilet rolls. Its not really starting again is it?

My wife and I were in Tesco this morning, and we noticed exactly the same thing with the toilet rolls shelf.

It sure is. Luckily I have shopping arriving tomorrow.

Panic buyers make sensible people have no choice but to buy extra.

don't I recall that when a similar photo was printed six months ago it turned out that the photographer had removed a lot of the rolls himself? I may be misremembering.

Do they really not see that any sort of lockdown does not affect supermarket deliveries, they will just inflict such a shortage themselves.

Our local paper are trying to get slots for delivery. They'll tell us how they got on tomorrow.

In Sainsbury's yesterday, the shelves were rapidly emptying of toilet rolls. The madness begins again ...

I just don't get how some folk can be so thick, wholesale deliveries too the supermarket are not affected by any sort of lockdown, full or part, so why are they stock piling???
