Not sure he's right for the show, he doesn't have much of a concept of it either.

When the famous Doctors were announced one of them was Doc Martin (as in Martin Clunes), Gino looked puzzled and said "oh the shoes".

I've not seen it or even knew Gino D'Acampo was going to host... seems I haven't missed much nothing against The Campo... but some shows have had classic hosts... I hope for that reason they don't bring back Bullseye. (Or try again)

They might wish they had snagged Bradley Walsh, the consummate quiz show pro, but he's down for a revival of Blankety Blank.

If I had to bet on which gets a second series, it wouldn't be too difficult ...

Stephen Mulhern would have been an obvoius choice for me -a bit cheeky, very likeable, and can empathise with even the thickest of contestants :-)

I haven't watched it, but can't imagine what it would be like with Gino. As Apg has said, perhaps Stephen Mulhern would have been better.
