For me there’s quite a few, but liver in particular - bleugh! you couldn’t PAY me to eat it!

Havnt gone through the thread, but couldnt eat pigs feet again.
Used to enjoy a pigs trotter with my dad on a friday night with pepper and vinigar and sucking the jelly from between the toes.
But we were poor and enjoyed what we could get,

I have gone right off chicken and turkey which I find tasteless. However I'm very partial to duck.

Cauliflower is lovely raw, if it's overcooked it's mushy and horrible. I like most green vegetables but I abide by the rule for cooking them, If you can smell them they're overcooked, light steaming is best.
In the 80s there was quire a fad for raw food, a friend had The Raw Food book, some was very nice.
