I have received a document sent to me as a J-Peg.
I want to convert it to a Word Document so I can edit it - can any of you tech marvels explain how I do that please?

A 60 page jpg is odd. Jpgs are usually single pages.
My guess is they have saved it as a pdf or text document, then converted it to jpg to make it email able. Which is obviously a mistake. Just ask them for the original document. You may have to still do some formatting or reformatting, but at least it will be in text and not an uneditable picture.
