My personal injury claim court date is set for 4 days, what happens if judge says this is not enough time to hear the evidence?

I'd have thought 4 days is more than enough. All the evidence will have been exchanged already
The case goes as far as it can in four days and the judge adjourns it to be completed before him or her on the next available date(s).
I work in a court and its rare that a case would run for that long. However as Fred has already said , we would be directed to list the case again for the first available date.
