What A Day!

OH wanted to go out somewhere. He suggested the Kemble airport near Cirencester. It's where all the 747 planes are being taken to be scrapped and you can see them all from the road. So off we went. Really nice drive. Got there ok. Lots of planes to see. Took photos and then decided to come home. The car wouldn't start. He fiddled with everything but total lockdown. Couldn't even close window when it started to rain. Phoned breaker down company. They came in about an hour. Winched the car and us on to back of truck after he couldn't fix it. Took us to a garage where he arranged a taxi to take us home. It seemed daft really as he was taking our car home but couldn't take us! Waited for taxi nearly an hour. Eventually got home about sixish. Car to be taken to our local garage in the morning.
My car broke down a few weeks ago and had to be scrapped. I hope his is repairable.
