....did you ever think you would see the day when they were introduced to this country? For many years the British Govt was opposed to the pass laws in South Africa. Now we have them in Britain. People from the Midlands and Greater Manchester will not be allowed to enter Wales. Why they would want to go in the first place is a mystery to me but the new Welsh Pass Laws would seem to prevent it. They weren't complaining in the summer, when some mis-guided people were holidaying there and spending money. Now the summer is over, you can all bog off. Wales doesn't want you. But next year it will be "Come and visit Whails. We want your money. We won't have any Pass Laws as long you bring some dosh with you". Hypocrites. Is there a Welsh word for that or is it Hypocrites, isn't it see? Boyo.

Ah, true colours never far from the surface....!

From the most infamously offensive, opinionated and arrogant but-always-picked-on poster on AB.

Wrong Martin. He was a serving member of GMP. There is a widow and two small children. There was no news report about it. I don't know what's wrong with people about this. There's been some verbal sewage from some of you about it. That's for sure.
You’re being disrespectful to this man and his family by bringing up this incident every time things don’t go your way or someone disagrees with you, shame on you.
"There's been some verbal sewage from some of you about it. That's for sure"
right back atcha. If you go back and ACTUALLY look at your thread, you'll see that everybody WAS respectful until YOU started moaning at them

......yet despite typing: ‘GMP officer killed holiday’ into Google there’s no evidence of any such event, despite numerous other links to similar events, but not the one 10 CS purports to have occurred, despite his fevered protestations and lack of a link when pressed about it.

Make of that what you will.......

Eeeeww.! I just love this website! Th'old folks home of tinternet, int it?
A name for the victim would give some of the publicity being sought...
if you love it so much:
1, why are you always so grumpy
2, why are you so rude to other users?
I have had many happy holidays in Wales in the past and have good friends living there. Some of the welsh were complaining about people going and taking the virus during the summer, as were people in the west country, understandably as far as I can see. It seems to make sense to stay fairly close to home if you can at the moment, particularly if you want to travel from a high level area to a low level one.
