Have a look in "Control Panel" to see if there is any Bluetooth stuff there. I have a feeling that the Dells are shipped with the feature turned off - you may need to go into the BIOS and enable the module. If so, watch the screen as you boot up - it will tell you which key to press to access the BIOS setup (I seem to thing it's DEL for the Dells). This flashes up quite quickly, so it may take a couple of goes to do it, then find Bluetooth in the menu, enable it and save the changes to your BIOS.
If this doesn't work/no-one comes up with anything better, I'll take a look at my D600 tomorrow.
Once turned on, you need to get the Bluetooth on your Dell to search for available devices (once you have turned your Acer on and made it "visible" - check the manual). Once paired up, you should be able to transfer files between the 2.
