Leek ,Potato & Bacon Soup

Making the first big pot of soup for the cold weather
It tastes fine with an added stock cube but still a bit dull

Lots of excellent ideas building on leeks, potato & bacon. with these simple ingredients, quality is key. Supermarket bacon can be full of sulphites and tasteless. It's all down to knowing your ingredients!
Make the recipe, then improve according to taste. Even bete , get a grannie who's been making it for years...
