I have a Siemens Simatic Field PG-M Laptop. It has a metal case and its components are incased in a Gel inside. Its suppose to withstand a 12ft drop onto concrete, but I've never tried it.

The panasonic toughbooks are also known to be able to withstand a fair bit of abuse:
