Reasons To Be Cheerful

1. My family and friends are still breathing and well as far as I know;
2. Apart from better health and a new body I'm not in need of anything;
3. I have somewhere dry and warm to live;
4. Enough food in the house so do not need to go shopping.

How about the rest of you? Hope you all have reasons to be cheerful.

had a nice chat with middle brother, they are all well,
just ordered some jeans which will take a couple of days to get here, done quite a bit of cleaning around the flat, and expecting a few deliveries later today.
have enough food to eat, the weather is lousy, but hey i'm not going out anyway. have enough warm clothing to last me till the end of time... just feel tired, not getting nearly enough sleep. waking up in the middle of the night but i can get some zzzz's in later on
so reasons to be relatively cheerful

Emmie...try magnesium, it's good for relaxation. I take a citrate in powder form...it helps. Just not too much to start...unless you are constipated. ;

Thanks for the good wishes. Just need a bit of outside contact I expect. Nothing really serious.
Made some more cordial and some marmalade from tinned stuff yesterday. Seems to have turned out okay.

I got new pair of trainers today and they're nicer than they looked on the internet; and a bargain price.

Shopping has just been delivered so fridge is full. I always feel content when my fridge and freezer are full.

My sons birthday on Friday. My baby will be 22. He's having a cocktail night with his house mates and I managed to get an Amazon slot sent to him with cocktail ingredients and party food. He'll be happy :-)

I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

1. No work now until a week on Monday.
2. My little one keeps running up and giving me kisses.
3. OH has sorted the roof and bay tiles and the plumber / gas man is coming on Monday to make a start.
4. I'm upgrading my car very soon.
5. I've got a nice new bottle of perfume.

Just had a lovely piece of home made cherry cake - full of cherries.
Woofer is fit and happy after a very long walk this morning.
Looking forward to a phone call from my two young nieces later, and
snug and warm here with the rain belting down outside!

5. I had some new clothes arrive in post today as I’ve dropped 47 lbs and gone from a size 16 to a 12.

Granddaughter with me daily for My Online Schooling. She is loving it and all grades over90%. Best decision we made. Having our first proper rain and the garden looks great, dogs and cats miserable though. We are all well
