narroing of arteries

hi having had a cat scan a few years ago for headaches which the diagnosis was migrane ,doc said there was a narrowing of the arteries in my left arm which he said he would keep his eye on,.I never had a follow up after this and now have a lot of pain in my left shoulder and arm physio has said its actually coming from my neck and i am now on the waiting for some sort of injections in it which she said will relieve the pain. i am just curois to know if it has anything to do with this artery narrowing. has anyone any ideas? many thanks

I don't claim to be an expert at all, but you really should go back to the docs for a look-see, even if it isn't related these things don't just clear themselves up and get better, my dad had narrowing arteries in his legs - I won't scare you with the details but it can become very serious.
