Combined Postcode And Counties Map

Not really sure which category this fits in to but have put it here.
Does anybody know where I can find a map which combines UK counties and postcode prefixes?
I've searched online but can not find one that combines the 2 and I'm sure there must be one.

Since postcodes aren't directly related to counties I'd be surprised if such a thing exists. It's possible to have villages near a postcode city which are actually in a different county from the city, so you can't have a fixed link between postcode and county.

I had to put a post code area in to get this, but if you zoom the map out you can see all the different postcodes in the UK -click on the area and you get more info

My postcode, address and phone number are all in different places, the postcode is a different county!

APG: I put my street name into the website you mentioned and found my particular street. The map showed recent crimes in a 400m and 800m range - 2 similar offences. Fascinating.
