I think you think the moolah of the rich is in mars bars and land and gold bars
it aint - corporate funz
and of course ( biblical ref coming up) you dont bury the silver talent but let it out at interest
and do it well and you make more moolah

There is talk of scrapping the TV licence and introducing a computer licence.
I/E , a yearly tax on every laptop , desktop etc to help raise taxes .
