Been for blood test at hospital - no queue, in and out in 6 minutes so no parking fee (first 15 minutes free)
Phoned Virgin to negotiate price rise, settled down with a cuppa expecting to spend an hour on the phone. Done and dusted in 10 minutes, £30 a month discount for 18 months and doubled internet speed. The bill had only gone up £6!
I'm on a roll so I'm off to change the beds - a job I hate, Hopefully I won't disappear in to the duvet covers as I usually do.

Spend a few minutes checking what other providers can offer - if you can tell Virgin that you get an equal or better service with Sky, BT, Talktalk or whoever for £x less then they'll probably give you a good deal.
