Current Account

I am bankrupt and find it hard to deal with everyday bills with out a bank account. Does anybody know of any institute that offers a Current Account with Direct Debit and Standing Order facilities to the likes of me?

This link shows a leaflet with a table of banks etc and the accounts they offer to people with a credit problem.
