A few months ago I got a brand new Amazon kindle fire he because my old one broke however the new one isn't charging properly it keeps on going down in charge when I plug the charger in and I don't know what to do about it.

I have discovered by myself that the charger port is blocked and the charger lead keeps on falling out.

Surely if it was new from Amazon they will replace it...

Thanks for the advice I managed to get it charged last night I got my daddy to look at the usb port and it's loose .
