Have just adopted a cat called Rosie. Would love to have one with me, but it's just not possible at the moment. This is the next best thing as I will pay for her upkeep at the animal sanctuary and hopefully be able to visit her when travel eases up a bit. She had a bad start in life as a feral cat but is well cared for now.

Oh, that's lovely Maggie. So it's like a virtual adoption or sponsorship?
The rescue has a stray boy in foster that might be right for me. They just want to get an idea of his character.

Yes Pasta, virtual adoption. I have a photo of her and she reminds me very much of my first cat (which was a boy called Cheeky).
