Well, I'm the same weight and height as you, but I should lose at least 7 lb. But I'm a lot older.

a 17 year old male shouldn't be worried about his weight unless he's chronically obese (and if he was he wouldn't be asking about what height he should be as it would be well above a 'normal' height). Your body is still sorting itself out and weight fluctuations are nothing to be concerned about as long as you are active and eat even a modestly balanced diet.
