Disappearing Emails

Over the last two days emails have disappeared from my Hotmail Junk folder,I know that happens after 10 days but this twice in three days.
Apparently, one can recover them,but ....how?
Can someone out there help me please.

There are three ways to restore your disappeared emails.
If you have backups before, you can recover them from iTunes backup or iCloud backup.
While if you don't have, then you are suggested to use professional iPhone data recovery tools such as TunesKit iOS Data Recovery,etc.

I do not have an iPhone .But thank you for replying.
