Christmas Food Booklet

An Aldi one was posted through my door today and there's lots of party food in it. I guess they were hopeful of a covid free Xmas and NYE when going to print but it's looking less likely there will be normal celebrations to welcome the new year in this year.

What do you normally do on NYE? Do you go out and celebrate at midnight or is it just a regular evening? Will you be getting in some party food to have with your household?

We just stay at home and I send WhatsApp messages at midnight to family/friends.

We record or watch Still Game & Only an Excuse ALWAYS.....

Since I bought my own house I have a party with mr tinks and my best friend/her hubby & kids but also friends with kids.

Good drink to be had usually and the kids all have so much fun- we sing & dance... then eat stew with sausages & puff paste with mushy peas & tatties.... and stay up LATE.

Yes we are scottish.

Before that I felt obliged to be sad almost ... so its tradition now to party!!!!!!!

My friend & her family just stay over untill 2nd now... xxx

My family's newest baby was born last February and because of distance and covid I've yet to meet in the flesh. But photos show a lovely little lad.
