Are you familiar with the BBC Good Food website. It's packed with recipes but, more importantly, those recipes are reviewed by people who've actually tried them (thus meeting the 'tried and tested' requirement of your post).
The index page for (238) Vegan recipes shows the 'star rating' for each dish but clicking through to the relevant page shows the comments from people who've tried it (which often suggest things that could be added, or left out, to make the recipe even better):
