Mr B says he's like a Post Master General all the parcels coming to the front door , I'm now very near my Christmas shopping completion , I might even start wrapping them later

I’m buying loads of things online. Unfortunately the doorbell frightens my cat so she disappears for hours.
Other than that I’m reading or staring out of the window.

The Lockdown Blues
Now, come on folks, let's hear your views
On how to beat these lockdown blues.
Just have a think, and take your time;
(Your answer needn't be in rhyme!)

We can't go far, that's all we know,
So "stay at home"; that's quite a blow.
I've had to pass the time somehow,
I've sheared the sheep and milked the cow.

I've washed the yard, I've washed the car,
I've washed the kids, so there we are.
There's not much more that I could do,
So now I'll have to turn to you.

We're running out of things to do,
But there's some hope for all of you;
The Answer Bank is always here,
To bring us joy and bring us cheer.

When things are going "not quite right",

NNothing wrong with taking a few short cuts Bobbisox. It takes me ages to write my cards every year because I write around 200., They give me such a lot of pleasure when I receive them back and I enjoy reading all the letters that are inside them.

I normally send loads too but we've decided to keep our special ones from last year , friends included and I'll be donating money to help feed 6 homeless people on Christmas Day
