What would be a FAIR RENT ??
2 Answers
I share a *furnished Gas-Central-Heated* 2-bedroom tenement flat in Glasgow, whose rent is 450 pcm, utility bills *not* included. And I do know that that is the appropiate rent for the property.
I'd be very grateful if someone knowledgeable could tell me what would be the rent for the very same flat, **should not have GCH, neither any other heating system/appliances, nor hot water** (except in the shower, which is electric).
Someone kindly pointed out at me that there MUST be heating by law. But I didn't have any for two months last winter and I agreed with my landlady I wouldn't pay her for that facility's value.
Many thanks in advance!

I pay 425 p/month for the priveledge. Oh, and none of my utility bills are included in that either. I live in Southend, i know prices are dearer down here. I know this hasn't been much help, but just though i'd tell ya anyway.....
