storage unit

I am looking to buy a storage unit similar to a Plan Chest or school art paper storage trolley, both of these are quite expensive though, does anyone know of a similar storage unit that might be suitable, basically wide slim drawers. I know you can get filing cabinets with the slim drawers, but was didn't really want a metal unit, it is for the home - not office use.

....difficult that one, I know what you mean, but unsure about the rought dimentions, as the ones at art collage were aways huge. Don't know what rough surface area you need.

Do you live near a habitat as they have weird furniture at good prices in plain unfinished wood of in plastic, I think they have a lot more instore that they do online. But you have to live near as they don't offer home delivery - very annoying.

Tool chests????? they have like thin draws so you cn lay all the tools out in order.

thanks for your help, I had a look at the links you gave - I've already got one of the see through drawer trolley things, but was trying to upgrade to a more furniture type piece, so again the tool cabinets are not really an option. I have checked on Ikea website and they do deliver to certain areas now, although I live fairly near one anyway and they have got an A2 paper size drawer cabinet, which I am going to go and have a look at, however from the picture on the site, I think the drawers are still going to be too deep, although I might have to compromise :(
