How much could I expect in rent for an off-street parking space near a uni in Belfast.
I'm not blowing my own trumpet but any money made would be donated to charity.

My friend lives very close to Birmingham University and the big hospital and rents out her drive to a doctor - she pays an extra £2.50 a year to cover the insurance, she owns her own home outright so doesn't need to consider a mortgage company and doesn't pay income tax as she is under the tax threshold. Win win for her and her husband - and the doctor :)
APG, insurance for your own property - if the driver reverses in to your house when he meant to go forward, or the car catches fire on your drive. Or he falls over on your drive and breaks his wrist because he didn't see your child's bike in the dark (even council car parks are liable for personal injury if you trip in a pot hole in the dark)
Do you have an Asda near you Sandy. I got mine at my local one rather than queue round the block at the doctors.
