Which tune?! There must be a hundred different ice cream van themes from Greensleeves to The Sting to Home on the Range to 4 and 20 Blackbirds.. though Greensleeves is quite popular. See if http://www.liafail.org/files/Greensleeves.mid is the one.

Well anyone.. I just wanted it to annoy a few mates of mine.. with a cheesy sound file. I have found midis like the one above, but they dont really sound like (or as annoying) as an ice-cream van! :) oh and JeN.. well, I tried that once.. but the police heard me coming!! ;-)
