Changing Ownership Of Zoom Account
3 Answers
Zoom is a strange animal.
It appears that if your email address is linked to more than one account (one personal basic free account and one paid for pro account) when the time comes to change ownership of the Pro account it also changes ownership of the basic account. Is there a way to avoid this?
Thanks.

1. Create a new Google account and change the email address associated with one of the Zoom accounts to the Gmail one that you've just created. Hopefully that won't affect the other Zoom account, meaning that you'll then be able to change the ownership of just one of the accounts without the other one being affected.
2. Get an admin account holder of the Pro account to request ownership of that account. ( https:/ /suppor t.zoom. us/hc/e n-us/ar ticles/ 1150056 86983-C hanging -the-ac count-o wner ). There will then be different email addresses associated with ownership of the two Zoom accounts, allowing you to move forward from there.
