What does your keyboard say about you

Looking at the keys on my keyboard - some of the lettering are more faded than others - in fact some are as new .

Which keys are well thumbed on your keyboard ?

I've had keyboards where all the vowels became blanks but the keyboard I've been using for the past five years or so have kept their lettering. Must be a different method of manufacturing them.

My keyboard doesn't say anything about me. I've sworn it to secrecy.

Just looking at mine, it is still in pristine condition after some 7 years or so of use.
Whether it's because it's a white one with black letters (Mac) that make the difference I haven't a clue.
I can't seem to cope with the black ones. What you get used to I suppose.
Ahhhh, my "i" is on a bit of a tilt, otherwise as good as new.

The fact that PC keyboards can be bought for a fiver tells you all you need to know.
Check how much a genuine Mac keyboard will set you back.. £100 ?

mine is relatively new, but the old one A, E, went rather shabby

Having managed IT support teams I can assure you that its pretty much the same keys that wear out. In th e'old days' (days of 3270 terminals) you could actually ping the top of the key off and change it.

Many hours of fun getting in early and moving a few keys around were had. :-)
