It's by FreakPower, and is called "Turn on Tune in Cop out". FreakPower was one of Norman 'Fatboy Slim''s bands and the material used on the FreakPower album was apparently originally intended for a third Beats International album. Personally, I think it's one of the most irritating songs ever written, but what do I know? Peace. ;-)
