i have plenty of of instances where i didn't get the forms at all, and so had to request them time and again
PASTA & BEDNOBS, that's what I was saying too.

Letters or forms sent would be recorded on a system but if it's anything like those used by DWP it won't tell you if it was first thing in the morning or 6:30 at night.

Unless you can speak to the person who sent out the letter, there's no guarantee it was sent on the day showing on the system.

Insider information, Royal Mail have a backlog in a lot of places due to staff being ill or isolated, also some sorting offices are working with less staff to keep enough distance between them. Post extra early for Christmas.
I waited like 7 days for something to arrive. There is a slowness cos of this Covid and generally they are all supposed to be working from home.
My friend who is very ill was awaiting on information regarding AA - after 8 weeks she got a letter saying they are still reviewing and will let her know in the future.

Absolute rubbish. Postal delays at the moment are due to Coronavirus.

form filled in and sent back, i hope that they accept what i have put as they have a habit of asking for more info. My its cold out there by the way
We'er both labour canary but its not as simple as you say, theres a competative market now for mail deliveries so its not in royal mails interest to not to provide the best possible service in the circumstances. My local dump is council run and it was shut for ages and now appointment only with limited visits allowed, thats a public service
