Savoury Pie Filling Suggestions Please

I have finally perfected the art of pastry making, now i need some ideas what to put inside my pies.

Indian potato pie

Some sort of venison concoction (maybe with pancetta, button mushrooms and lots of red wine)

I make leek and ptato pie (top crust only). peel and dice potatoes, boil for 5 mins and drain the water into another pan and use it to boil cleaned and sectioned leeks. strain the lot and keep the water to make gravy later. put into an oiled round casserole (I use an all metal saucepan with two side handles). I also often add diced marinated tofu; salt sparingly and pepper generously. Lay circle of pastry on top, prick it, and pop in the oven until golden. Serve with gravy made from veg water and gravy granules.
You could always make pasties instead.

the indian potato pie sounds like a giant samosa. lol

Make a roux and add white wine, medium sherry (5tbsp each), chicken stock, whipping cream, cooked chicken, veggies, parsley and thyme.

It's the best pie recipe I've ever tasted.
