Morning, Emmie. It's a cold one out there.

Still foggy here. Just put the bins out. It feels like I've let out 24 hours of heat in 2 minutes.

will only know what its like when have to collect the food shop from the balcony

Even the office is freezing. We have no milk and I'm really avoiding walking around the shop to get any, yet I could murder a cup of tea.

Morning all, staying in today, plenty to keep me busy, including the t/call with mum's GP. I think I will feel better afterwards but right now I still feel guilty.

morning rowan, you have done the right thing. You are bound to feel guilty, we all did when mum was put in a care home, horrible decision

i know she is not going into a care home, but feel for you all the same
