Heathrow Concorde Model

There used to be a huge model Concorde on the roundabout at the north of the tunnel into Heathrow Airport.

When BA stopped flying them, it was replaced by an Emirates A380.

What happened to the Concorde model?

It was given to Brooklands Museum .. well worth a visit if you are around there ..

They've got a real Concorde as well!

Yep .. you can have a wander through it, or just have your picture taken standing underneath it !
In the museum you can get up close and personal with many of the exhibits. Great place to spend a few hours. Next time you buy a new Mercedes make a day of it ..
Mercedes Benz World in the morning and the museum in the afternoon.. you will love it !
