Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Does anyone know if the letter count is right for question 10 on this quiz ,it says 6 but I thought it was 5 .Thanks

Do the instructions indicate that punctuation may be counted in the answer?

The most suitable answer I can think of has only 5 letters.

Just wondered in an '!' might be included in the count.

That's a possibility mamyalynne.
The only trouble with it is that would not be in alphabetical order with the other 6 letter answers.

I thought the programme concerned had a symbol after the letters therefore I considered it was included in number count therefore 6 letters. Maybe I've looked at it wrong.

If it was 5 then it would be in correct order but it does have an exclamation mark assuming I am on the same lines which if 6 letters then would not be in order.

The quiz sheet does not mention anything about punctuation being included in letter count.
