The only 'Yoti' software that Google seems to know about is an Android/iOS app for proving one's digital identity on a mobile phone. So I've no idea why it should appear on a laptop. It might possibly be some sort of malware though, which just happens to share the same name.
Assuming that you're using Windows 10, start by going to your list of installed programs. (Start > Settings > Apps). Look for any relevant app and, if found, click on it and then on 'Uninstall'.
Also download and run AdwCleaner to zap any malware:

(There's no installation process. You simply run the downloaded file directly).
Then clear your browser's cache. (Tell us which browser you're using if you need instructions).
Lastly, look through the list of extensions installed on your browser. If you find anything you don't recognise, remove it.
