Mums Coming Home Tonight, Or Should Be Anyway
22 Answers
Mum was hospitalised nearly 2 weeks ago with a broken hip (caused by terminal bone cancer)
Its been a bit of a fight to get her home ( Or at least to my sister's where she can be cared for 24/7) Dont understand why the authorities have tried so hard to get her into a care home where she would be seperated from her family in her dying days!! My sister (as her next of kin) and the rest of us werent having it.
Why would anyone want to put their mum in a p1$$ stinking, so called 'care' home for their final days??
Shes been in the 'discharge lounge' since 3 oclock, and still waiting for an ambulance.
Just be glad to see her again sometime tomorrow.
(She just WONT give up)
