I think the word that follows All That may give what goes in the blank cell.

Not sure what "treated in accordance with the rendering" means but may be that phrase in Row 8 has to be taken literally.

Yes, take it literally, hankir - the four works are ideally placed to do what the last word suggests (and they're perfectly symmetrical).
You're right about what goes in the blank cell but the whole title is needed to make up the numbers for the highlighting.

I'm not sure about who's in three of them but I spotted the jumble for the Minelli film (bottom left) and just followed the symmetry after that.

It was just two letters I missed in the anagrams, hankir - I was lazy and went for perfect symmetry without checking the spellings!
