Wayfair Recliners

Anyone ever bought a manual recliner from this company, seen some nice ones but would like some advice. Thanks.

The TrustPilot reviews are a little odd. Overall, the statistics look quite good, with 87% of reviewers classing the company as 'Great' or 'Excellent'. However most of the recent reviews seem to be very poor:

It bought a recliner but at the beginning of December I bought a sofa, so far very happy

I have looked at them (Wayfair) generally and think that as online companies go they are expensive and the quality only looks middle of the road.

Really? My concern with Wayfair would be that they're aiming too low in the budget market to be able to offer real quality. Most companies want well over five hundred quid for a decent manual recliner, with many 'specialist' companies charging over a grand. With Wayfair's range starting at not much more than two hundred quid, I'm left wondering if they can really be much good.
