who did cain from the book of genesis marry?

Doesn't say who he marries in the Bible I don't think ,but in the Book of Jubilees a Jewish book he is supposed to have married his sister Awan.

Genesis says that Adam and Eve had two sons - Cain and Abel. Abel was killed by Cain after some dispute. Cain then married a woman, whose identity has not been revealed in the Old Testament.

4:16 And Cain went out from the presence of the LORD, and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden. 4:17 And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch.

Who was Mrs. Cain? It can only be assumed that she was Cain's sister! If it wasn't a sister, then it must have been his mother. If it was not his mother or his sister, then she did not evolve from Adam and Eve. This contradicts the original assumption that EVERYONE came from Mr. & Mrs. Adam.

I beg to differ, that is what happened, adam and eve were joined together by god and had c and a, the original plan to start with just a and e would have had to involve incest until the population grew but the bible repeatedly stresses one man and one woman and if you notice that later on incestuous relationships become frowned upon

most people descend from a woman scientists call 'mitochondrial Eve'. So it doesn't seem that the Genesis story is all that ludicrous.

This is the reason Adam lived for 800 years ~ he had to live a long time in order to populate the earth and the children born become far enough removed to continue the pattern, therefore the incestuous unions were 'diluted'.

but doesnt it said in th ebible god create humans out of the ground. and then after he created adam and eve. so does this mean adam and eve wasnt the first. maybe cain married one of these other people

If you read the first few chapters of Genesis where God made the animals, it reads that he made men and women after his own likeness. It was after this that he made Adam & Eve in the Garden of Eden. Cain was cast out for killing Abel. He went forth about the earth and took a wife from them. Adam was created to till the earth & Eve was created for a helpmate.
