Large Blonde Actress 1970S/80S

My father is trying to remember the name of a large blonde actress from the 1970s/1980s. Apparently quite a rotund lady with a wide mouth and 'mad' eyes. Might have been German or Austrian (and/or regularly played parts of those nationalities).
