Treadmill Running.
4 Answers
Happy new year. My plan is to shift this lockdown weight on a treadmill starting jan 4th. I can walk quick no problem but would like to run. I’ve never been able to run a lot as I always get a severe stitch. Advice please to avoid this

Start off at a slightly faster than walking pace and jog, and you can increase when you feel comfortable. I know some people that have used the couch to 5k app, and it works well too.
